In Spanish culture, sobremesa time spent in conversation or relaxation at the dining table after finishing a meal, often while indulging in coffee, digestifs, and cigars. Sobremesa is a magic moment where you can experience the afterglow of a meal mixed with a low energy state as blood flows around the stomach, and also a state of brain illumination.
